Welcome to waze128. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and waze128 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the waze128 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

• Not registering on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at waze128. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — including the use of different names, emails, phone numbers or devices — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. waze128 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian IC or passport) at any stage to verify a member's identity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2Deposit & Payment Methods

Waze128 only accepts deposits via valid and approved Malaysian payment methods. Accepted payment methods are:

• DuitNow (QR and direct transfer)

• Boost
• ShopeePay
• FPX – including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks

Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, waze128 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount for AML compliance purposes.

All deposits are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). waze128 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Funds deposited into a waze128 account are strictly for online entertainment purposes and may not be transferred to any third party.

3Withdrawals

Waze128 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring approval from the waze128 finance team.
• Members must have fully completed the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
• Waze128 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days in cases that require additional review.

If there is any active bonus in your account with an outstanding wagering requirement, withdrawals cannot be processed until the requirement is met or the bonus is manually cancelled. Manually cancelling a bonus will also forfeit any winnings associated with that bonus.

4Bonus & Promotions

• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal activity linked to the account.

If your account is closed for any of the reasons listed above, waze128 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance in that account, including any pending withdrawals. Members are not entitled to claim any compensation from waze128 in such circumstances.
